The image is from The Stamping Boutique called "Halloween Journal", coloured with Prismacoloring Pencils.  I  wanted to keep it rather simple just by adding pc generated sentiment.  The designer paper is part of the set called Halloween Fantasy from Bearly-Mine Designs .
