The image is from The East Wind called "Flower Fairy and Birdie Love", coloured with Prismacoloring Pencils.  I  wanted to keep it rather simple just by adding some pearl flourishes.  The designer paper is part of the set called Spring Flight (has retired) from Bearly-Mine Designs .
