Today is the start of Challenge 4 over at A Bit More Time To Craft , which is always Anything Goes theme, as long as it's family friendly.
So onto my Card to inspire and share with you ...

I used Digi Paper Designs by Lozzy: Funky Flowers.  My image is from Lemon Shortbread called "Toadstool Princess Fairy" & sentiment from LOTV.  I used border punch from Stampin' Up, Cherry Lyn Butterfly Dies, Spellbinders Scallop * Oval Dies and flowers from my stash.
